SHIPPING POLICY
1. Domestic Shipping:
- Standard shipping within New Zealand typically takes 3-5 business days.
- Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- Tracking information is provided once the order is shipped.
2. International Shipping:
- Shipping times vary depending on the destination, usually ranging from 7-21 business days.
- Customs and import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
International Shipping will not be tracked.
3. Shipping Costs:
- Domestic shipping fees are generally flat rate per item.
- International shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight of the package.
4. Order Processing:
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- An order confirmation email is sent upon purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
5. Once your order has been shipped and/or you have received a tracking number, Qì Seeds does not accept any liability for lost, damaged or delayed orders. If you experience any issues, please contact your shipping provider directly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

- Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, initial shipping costs will be deducted from your total.
